About Factory 619
Since 2016, Factory 619 has been a pioneer in technological innovation in Tunisia. Structured around four pillars Garage, Forge, Foundry and Studio, it has driven projects in e-health, Web3 and digital commerce, while fostering strong community dynamics.
Between 2021 and 2024, its activity evolved alongside the growth of Factory 319 in Marseille. Today, Factory 619 is reborn as an agile experimentation space, firmly focused on Africa and the Maghreb, with a Euro-Mediterranean vision.
Factory 619 is officially recognised as a Startup Support Organization (SSO) by Startup Tunisia.
Factory 619 remains a trusted partner, supporting structuring initiatives in e-health, sustainable e-commerce and inclusive technology.

Factory 619 acts as a bridge between digital health innovations emerging from the MENA region and the European market. Through our active link with the Factory 319 Startup Studio in France, we source, test and transfer high-impact health projects.
Our strong local presence enables us to prototype concrete use cases such as patient pathways, medical imaging, 3D modelling, interoperability and applied AI. We intervene upstream to de-risk project deployment and market entry.
We co-deploy e-commerce programmes tailored to African and Mediterranean realities, with a strong focus on short supply chains, digital craftsmanship and Green Commerce. Our current projects Jimkie, Fika and Tanamart illustrate this hands-on approach.
Factory 619 acts as a methodological accelerator for local women entrepreneurs, designers and emerging distributors. We combine low-code tools, product validation, green logistics and community structuring.
More than a sector, sandboxing is our signature method. Factory 619 provides an agile framework to test ideas, technological building blocks or sectoral intuitions in flexible, low-friction environments.
This framework enables the exploration of concrete use cases such as creative AI, no-code tools, reverse validation in health, and digital inclusion. Some experiments evolve into internal programmes, while others are transferred to Factory 319 or partner organisations.
